Custom made items are non-returnable. Items must be unworn and unused to qualify for returns. All items returned within 15 days of delivery are refundable, refunds are not given after 15 days, only store credit. There are no refunds or exchanges given after 30 days of delivery. All items are thoroughly checked for usage. Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
